Diamond Systems JETBOX-floyd System (NVIDIA Jetson Nano module fitted, BB02 baseboard)

JETBOX-floyd incorporates the FLOYD carrier board in a sturdy enclosure. JETBOX-floyd provides easy access to Ethernet, HDMI, USB3.0 & USB2.0,WIFI, and BT. One side of the JETBOX-floyd is dedicated for heat sink cooling. Two versions of the system are available, JETBOX-FLOYD-NAO-01 which includes the enclosure, FLOYD board and Jetson Nano module, and the JETBOX-FLOYD-XNX-01 which includes the enclosure, FLOYD board and Jetson Xavier NX module.

The FLOYD carrier supports both NVIDIA Jetson Nano and the Xavier NX module with powerful computation, versatile camera input, and rich I/O features. FLOYD converts the Jetson Nano and Xavier NX modules into complete embedded systems by providing interface circuitry, I/O connectors for all module features, camera interfaces, power supply, and additional I/O. Camera inputs include 2 PoE Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 MIPI/CSI 2/4-lane connectors, and 1 USB 3.0 port. MiniCard, M.2, and Micro SD sockets support I/O expansion and storage. FLOYD + NVIDIA redefine possibility; the combination of performance/power efficiency and I/O enables a new generation of high-compute, low-cost solutions.

Because FLOYD supports both the Jetson Nano and the new Xavier NX modules, developers can take immediate advantage of the new compact Xavier NX module with its dramatically higher compute performance, as well as develop solutions around the more cost-conscious Nano. The multiple camera inputs provide increased versatility for use in a wide variety of imaging applications, which make up a substantial portion all Jetson applications today. As with all Diamond products, Floyd is designed and built for reliable performance and extended operating temperature to meet the full capabilities of the Jetson modules. A JETBOX enclosure is also available, providing a complete system-level solution.
