Ordering & Payment

Making a purchase from shop.recabuk.com online couldn't be easier. Just browse our online catalogue by 'Categories' or 'Manufacturers' and add items to your cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart" and then checkout where you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

Payment Methods

We accept the following three methods of payment:

  • Credit/Debit cards - processed securely by our payment gateway SagePay (In UK pounds only)
  • Bank Transfer/Pro-Forma Invoice (in UK Pounds, Euros or US Dollars)
  • 30-day credit account - subject to status (in UK Pounds, Euros or US Dollars)

Regrettably, we do not accept American Express.

Payment - Bank Transfer / Pro-Forma Invoice

If you wish to pay via bank transfer / Pro-forma invoice, simply choose the 'Bank Transfer Payment' on the payment page. Once you complete checkout, a Pro-forma invoice in PDF format containing our bank details will automatically be emailed to you. This PDF is also downloadable on your account page.

Note that all bank charges must be paid for by the purchaser.

Payment - 30 Day Credit Account

If you are a business and wish to open a 30-day credit account then the following qualifying criteria apply.

  • You must have accounts filed that will allow a credit check to take place.
  • Your initial order must usually be placed via a Pro-forma invoice.

A copy of our credit account form can be found on our main website. Please complete and email back to us (instructions in PDF).

Once your account is up and running, simply create an online account and contact us to link the two accounts.

Payment - Your Purchase Order Number

For any of the payment methods above, if you have your own purchase order number which you require to be referenced on all paperwork (i.e. invoice and delivery notes), this can be entered at the last stage of checkout. Also, if you have any additional comments, these can also be entered during checkout.
