Any faults that occur within the first 14 days after the goods arrive must be reported to us within this time frame to be eligible for refund/replacement. Products returned after 14 days are eligible for repair/replacement only. Packaging must be in as new condition and all parts must be present to be eligible for a refund.
To return a product, you can either complete the return procedure in the account section (find the order line and then click the return icon) or you can request our RMA form.
Once the RMA is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the product(s).
Our products come with a warranty of 1-year minimum. Most products have a two year or more warranty. The warranty period starts on the day we despatch your goods. Warranty period is usually indicated on the product page.
