Unlike some of our competitors, all of technical support is free of charge (i.e. no premium telephone rates).
When contacting support, please be prepared to give as much information as possible, like:
- Order/invoice number of the product concerned.
- Part number of product concerned.
- The operating system being used (i.e. Windows 10, Linux) and specific version (kernel version if useful for Linux)
- Operating system error code(s).
- If COM / SNC based, BIOS revision of card and any other cards in the system.
- Any steps you have taken to solve the issue.
